Shipping policy

  • While we will do our best to ship during temperate times, the seller cannot be held responsible for damage caused by carrier delays or inclement weather including but not limited to frost or freeze.
  • For damages caused by delay or damaged shipment, please take photos and email us for further instruction.  
    • We reserve the right to make final determination on replacement, credit or the like.
    • In the event that we are able to accomidate, we can not guarantee in-kind replacement due to the limited quantities which may be available.
  • Orders that contain tubers with more than the limited quantity indicated/allowed:
    • Order shipments may be delayed.
      • The "extra" tubers will be removed from your order and you will be refunded those overage tuber's price(s) in 7-10 business days
      • Shipping charges for the overage will not be altered or refunded.
