Terms of service

  • Once an order is placed, we are unable to add or subtract items.
    • If you would like to add any additional items please submit an additional order.
  • We are unable to combine shipping on separately placed orders.
  • We are unable to ship internationally.
  • Orders that contain tubers with more than the limited quantity indicated/allowed:
    • Order shipments may be delayed.
      • The "extra" tubers will be removed from your order and you will be refunded those overage tuber's price(s) in 7-10 business days
      • Shipping charges for the overage will not be altered or refunded.
  • We guarantee you will receive a viable tuber true to variety, with an eye and healthy neck.
    • Please examine your order upon arrival and contact us via email (not social media) within 7 days if you see an issue with your order.
    • After that 7 days the buyer accepts full responsibility for the tuber.
  • We cannot be held responsible for improper storage, weather, growing conditions, pest damage, plant performance, failure to thrive or negligence.
